I'm getting some last minute stuff done before I head to Nashville for the weekend. Looking forward to hanging out with a bunch of my staff at the National Youth Workers convention. These weekends are usually a lot of fun as I get to reconnect with friends from all over. Usually though I go to events on the West Coast. Different to be in the midwest and know very few people. The benefit though is I can hang with my staff more.
