Several times over the last bunch of years I’ve come across situations that the famous Rood Problem Solving Techniques don’t work on. Today was one of those problems. At 3am we got in a car to get on a 5 am train to Bucharest. My friend Fred who is on my youth staff has had a difficult time making it here because he has a Kenyan passport and must obtain Visas for every country we enter. Fred had an appointment today at the American embasy to get a stamp so he could reenter the US.
Unfortunately they missplaced his appointment info which set us back a while and then they were unable to process his passport today. So this leaves us in Bucharest waiting to get his passport. Unfortunately it also means we are unable to join our ymteam to finish the Gypsy camp. We’ll hang out here waiting for his passport and will meet them at the airport on Wed.
It also means I’m traveling light for the next 48. I have the clothes I’m wearing, two books I just bought and my iPhone.
