I realized today its been a while since I posted anything about our remodeling woes. This week we got a major step closer to completing our remodeling project. As of today the last couple things to be finished in the kitchen are flooring, a replacement window and a couple more cabinet doors that need to be put on. This week though we had all the tile work done, electrical and lighting. It’s good to be almost done.
The next two projects are a bit easier and hopefully quicker. We are redoing our sun room that will make it more of a tv room. The glass in it is pretty dangerous so we’re replacing it all with new windows and adding to the wall so they start higher up. The last project is a remodel of one of the two upstairs bathrooms. The boys and I are going to attack the walls today with hammers. My goal is to surprise our contractor and get it completely gutted so when he comes on Monday he can just start putting it back together.
