Danielle and I are getting in the car tomorrow morning and driving to Galveston Texas where we will get on a cruise ship and leave for 7 nights. This is the longest we’ve ever left the kids alone and the first time since we’ve lived in Texas. We’re a little nervous but fortunately Danielle’s mom flew out today to stay with the kids. What I’m looking forward to is sitting, reading, sleeping, eating and hanging out with Danielle. No agenda.
I put a new list of books up on the side column that I’m going to work through on this trip. Some of them I’ve read before but many are new reads. I’ll comment on them when I get back.
