Last night was a huge blessing for me. I’ve been doing youth ministry now for 10+ years. We have some great friends who have been in small groups that Danielle and I have lead over the years. Last night we went out with 4 of them and had a great time. Most of them slept over and we all went to Chucky Cheese this morning to celebrate Kaije’s 4th birthday. Then this afternoon we kept hanging out as we did a ton of work packing up Castle Rood for the move to Texas.
I’m constantly amazed at the people God has put in our lives. Part of the fear of moving to Texas is losing touch with those realtionships. I guess I’ll be buying a lot of airplane tickets for my poor college age friends so they can come visit.
