Ok so here’s a geeky post. I like podcasts. I have a number of them on my computer that Itunes automatically downloads. Here’s a list of what I watch/listen to. This is going to be a bit geeky and I’m not going to include links. If you are interested in the podcasts just type the names into the podcast search feature on Itunes.

Podrunner This one is sweet exercise music that I’m currently not using
The Flipside Video Announcements Jon on my stafff makes sweet announcements every week and we post them.
